These terms govern your use of mk-businesses.com and any engagement with MK Businesses. By using the site or commissioning work, you agree to them.
Use of the website
The site, its content, and its design are owned by MK Businesses. You may browse, share, and reference our work for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, resell, or use it to train AI models without written permission.
Engagements
All client work is governed by a separate written agreement (Statement of Work) signed before the project begins.
- 50% deposit due before work starts.
- Balance due on completion or per the SoW schedule.
- Ownership of final deliverables transfers on full payment.
Subscriptions
Hosting, infrastructure, and AI feature subscriptions are billed monthly. They renew automatically and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. Cancellation does not refund the current billing cycle.
Liability
MK Businesses is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific deliverable in question.
Confidentiality
Anything you share with us during a project stays confidential. We're happy to sign a mutual NDA before discovery if needed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo.
